Available in three uniquely striking, limited-edition labels, fans can step back into the world of Westeros with the meticulously crafted Wolf Blass’ Fire & Blood Cabernet Shiraz, a deliciously fiery, high quality, classic Australian red blend wine.

2021. Good spring rainfall filled soil profiles and encouraged even budburst and the establishment of
healthy canopies. Perfect November weather during flowering delivered good set and even
development of bunches. Ripening conditions were cool to mild without any heat spikes allowing for
slow even development of flavours with bright acid retention. A great vintage for Cabernet Sauvignon
and Shiraz
Winemaker’s Notes
A classic Australian blend of Cabernet sauvignon 52% and Shiraz 48%. Matured with a mix of French and
American oak. The Cabernet provides elegance to the blend and Shiraz adds fruit depth and a velvety
richness to the palate. Premium parcels have been selected from renowned wine regions across South
Australia including Wrattonbully , Barossa, Coonawarra, Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale each
bringing their own signature mark to the blend.

Tasting Notes
COLOUR: Crimson red
NOSE: Dark fruits, blackberry and ripe plums, with a lift of varietal cabernet on the nose and a hint of savoury spice.
PALATE: he shiraz contributes a mid palate fruit sweetness, with plush fruit weight, well balanced with structural oak and supportive tannins.

Alcohol / Volume: 14.5%
pH: 3.68
Acidity: 6.1g L
Maturation
This wine will continue to develop complexity with careful cellaring.
